Sellers can list a range of items, including but not limited to toys, feeding and care items, travel gear like prams and car seats, nursery furniture such as drawers and wardrobes, sleep solutions, and everything else you need for growing little ones. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.1. Introduction

3. Definitions
- Kidora: Kidora Ltd (company number 16349262)
- Buyer: Anyone purchasing items from a seller via the website.
- Content: Any material posted by users, including text, images, and listings.
- Seller Fee: There are no seller fees payable by sellers to Kidora (see clause 9).
- Buyer Fee: Buyers pay a non-refundable Buyer Protection fee, which is payable directly to the platform. (see clause 9).
- Items: Goods offered for sale on the website.
- Marketplace: The platform where buyers and sellers interact.
- Registered User: Anyone with an account on Kidora.
- Seller: Anyone selling items on the website.
- Services: The marketplace and related features provided by Kidora.
- Terms: These Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and other referenced documents.
- Website: www.kidora.uk.
- You/Your: The individual or entity using our services.
4. What We Do and Don’t Do
- Kidora provides a marketplace for buyers and sellers to connect.
- We are not involved in transactions between buyers and sellers. Contracts are solely between the buyer and seller.
- We do not:
- Take possession of items.
- Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items.
- Verify the identity of users.
- Handle delivery or returns (this is the seller’s responsibility).
- Handle missing or undelivered items (It is the seller’s responsibility to retain proof of postage and to follow up with the courier used, including pursuing any compensation for items that are missing or not delivered.
5. Your Responsibilities and Prohibited Actions
What You Must Do: We are committed to providing a secure, reliable, and safe environment for all users of our Site. To help us achieve this, you agree to the following while using our Site and Services:
- Abide by these Terms and any relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide accurate, truthful, and current information about yourself, and promptly update your Account if any details change (e.g., your home address).
- Keep your Account credentials, including your password, confidential. Notify us if you suspect your account may have been compromised.
- Share content from the Site with third parties or on social media only when permitted by the Site’s "Share" feature.
- Retain full responsibility for any content you upload to the Site (your Content), ensuring you have all necessary rights to share it.
What You Must Not Do: By creating an Account or using our Site or Services, you agree not to:
- Engage in any illegal or unethical activities, or actions that threaten public security, or infringe on our or others’ rights (such as violating privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property).
- Use any unauthorised external software tools (e.g., bots, scrapers, crawlers) while registering or using the Site and Services, unless explicitly permitted by us.
- Employ tools that disrupt the normal operation of the Site, harm other users, or infect their devices.
- Copy, alter, distribute, or commercially exploit any content on the Site without our express written permission.
- Mine data, scrape content, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the Site.
- Publish or share content that promotes terrorism, racism, discrimination, hate speech, human trafficking, illegal activities, self-harm, or any other form of unlawful or harmful content.
- Engage in repetitive relisting of the same Item or bulk relisting multiple Items.
- Collect, retain, or share any information obtained illegally, including personal data about other users or their activities on the Site.
- Use our Site to promote third-party websites, businesses, or services.
6. Off-Platform Sales
Buyers and Sellers are strictly prohibited from attempting to take transactions off the Kidora platform. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing contact information with the intention of completing a sale privately. Sellers are not permitted to accept cash payments for collections. All communication, transactions, and payments must be completed through the Kidora platform's chat system and secure payment methods. This ensures transparency, security, and protection for both buyers, sellers and platform integrity. Any transactions conducted outside of the approved payment methods will be considered a violation of our Terms of Service. Violating this policy may result in the suspension or termination of the seller’s or buyer's account and the loss of access to platform services.7. Registered Users
- By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- You may only create one account per person.
8. Our Rights
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate services at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these terms.
- We may take action if you create legal liabilities for us or others, fail to deliver items, or breach these terms.
9. Seller Fees, Buyer Fees & Payments
- We use PayPal to process payments.
- Sellers pay no fees.
- PayPal holds payments for 7 days to ensure the buyer receives the item and the seller is genuine, and are transferred to the seller’s account within 10 days.
- Buyers pay a non-refundable Buyer Protection fee which is payable directly to the platform, and is added to the sale price of each item at checkout. This fee covers platform services such as secure payments, dispute assistance, and operational costs. It is not refundable under any circumstances, including order cancellations or returns. - Buyer Protection fees are calculated as follows: 5% of the item's price plus a fixed amount of £0.70
10. Liability
- Kidora is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of items, delivery issues, or third-party actions.
- Our total liability is limited to the greater of:
- The price of the item sold.
- The fees paid to us in the last 12 months.
- £100.
11. Changes to These Terms of Service
We review these terms regularly to ensure they align with our services and applicable laws. The latest version was updated on 17th April 2025. We recommend you review these terms periodically, as continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes made to the terms.12. User Conduct
- Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
- Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Posting or sharing illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
- Using the platform for fraudulent activities.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security or functionality.
- Engaging in activities that could harm Kidora or its users.
- Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
13. Content Standards
- All content posted by users must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
- Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any content they upload.
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards or is deemed inappropriate.
14. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in the platform and its content are owned by Kidora Ltd or its licensors.
- Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform without prior written permission.
- By posting content on the platform, users grant Kidora a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the services.
15. Dispute Resolution
- In the event of a dispute between users, we encourage parties to resolve the issue amicably through our messaging system.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, users may contact Kidora support for assistance.
- Kidora reserves the right to intervene in disputes at its discretion.
16. Account Termination
- Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting Kidora support.
- Kidora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful activities.
- Upon termination, any pending transactions will be handled in accordance with our policies.
17. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.18. Privacy & Data Protection

- Users are responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe on the intellectual property or rights of third parties.
- Kidora reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
20. Third-Party Links & Services

21. Force Majeure
- Kidora will not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or government action.
- In such cases, Kidora will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as possible.
22. Termination of Service
- Kidora reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account for any reason, including violation of these terms, fraudulent activities, or failure to comply with platform policies.
- Users may appeal suspensions or terminations by contacting our support team.

24. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with the guidelines outlined in our Refund Policy.25. Seller Responsibilities
As a Seller, you agree to the following responsibilities when listing and selling items on our platform:
- Accurate Listings: You must provide truthful and complete descriptions of your items, clearly noting any defects, damage, or other issues that could affect a buyer’s decision.
- Legal Compliance: All items listed for sale must comply with relevant laws and regulations. You must also have the legal right to sell each item you list.
- Shipping Obligations: You are solely responsible for shipping the sold item to the Buyer in a timely manner (within 48 hours). You must keep valid proof of dispatch and delivery, such as a tracking number or delivery confirmation.
- Liability for Lost or Damaged Shipments: If an item is lost or damaged during delivery, you are responsible for seeking compensation directly from the shipping provider you selected.
- Refunds to Buyers: In cases of non-delivery or damage in transit, the Buyer will receive a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy (which is part of our Buyer Protection). This refund does not exempt you from your responsibility to claim reimbursement from your shipping provider for any losses incurred.
By selling on our platform, you acknowledge and accept these obligations as essential to maintaining a trustworthy and reliable marketplace.
26. Sending Messages & Posting Reviews
Private Messages: You may send private messages to other users using the Kidora Messaging System to discuss details about an item. However, you must not use the messaging feature for any other purposes, including:
- Advertising or promotional content
- Distributing malware or harmful software
- Sending unsolicited or bulk messages.
- Sharing content that could be deemed illegal, offensive, inappropriate, threatening, or harmful to public security, or anything that could undermine the well-being of Kidora and its users
Posting Reviews: Once a transaction is completed, you have the option to leave a review about the seller on our platform. All reviews should be honest and constructive. Please note that Kidora does not offer compensation for reviews, and we do not verify or pre-screen reviews before they are published on our site.
27. Terminating Our Relationship
Your Right to End the Relationship: You have the right to terminate your relationship with Kidora at any time, free of charge, by deleting your account or Contact us.
Our Right to End the Relationship: We also reserve the right to terminate these Terms and discontinue our services at any time, for any reason, by providing you with 15 days' prior written notice.
What Happens Next: These Terms will remain in effect until all pending transactions and payouts are finalised.
